ArtsUnited Features Artist Greg Lindeblom in Solo Exhibit
Local photographer Greg Lindeblom is the June Artist of the Month for ArtsUnited’s continuing series. His solo show will be held at the Stonewall Library and Archives, 1717 North Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale.
The exhibition opens on Monday, June 4. There will be a reception to meet the artist from 6:30 to 8pm where refreshments will be served. Both the reception and show are free and open to the public.
A Canadian by birth, Lindeblom has traveled widely, which is apparent in his extensive work. His three main interests as an artist are architecture, nature and the male form.
He studied as a photographer at the famous Parsons School in New York City. His work has been shown locally in such diverse places as the Broadway Gallery, the Parker Playhouse, Better Bodies Gym and Gallery One.
While art is his passion, he works by day as an economics professor at Broward Community College.
